Refund & Returns Policy

Wholesale, not retail
BestStockLot is a B2B wholesale marketplace dealing in stock lots, surplus, and overstock garments. Lots are sold "as described" and are usually non-returnable once shipped. Buyers are expected to inspect listings carefully, ask the seller questions via Messages, and request samples before placing large orders.
When you can request a refund
- Goods received are materially different from the listing (wrong category, wrong composition, wrong size range).
- Quantity delivered is less than ordered.
- Order was paid for but never shipped within the agreed timeframe.
- Goods are damaged on arrival due to seller packaging (not transit).
When refunds will not be issued
- Minor variations in colour, shade, or stitching consistent with stock-lot/surplus goods.
- Buyer's change of mind after shipping.
- Damage caused by the freight forwarder or customs.
- Disputes raised more than 7 days after delivery.
How to raise a dispute
- Message the seller from your Orders page within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number.
- If unresolved within 5 business days, email support@beststocklot.com with the order number and evidence.
- Our team will mediate and decide within 10 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank settlement usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
