1. About BestStockLot

BestStockLot.com ("we", "us", "the platform") is a wholesale B2B marketplace operated from Bangladesh, connecting garment factories, merchants, and retail stores with global wholesale buyers. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts. Business accounts must be registered to a real legal entity. We may verify your identity and business documents at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password secret. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listings and Sellers

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of every listing — title, description, photos, quantity, condition, composition, and price. Prohibited items include counterfeits, restricted military/dual-use goods, hazardous materials, and anything illegal under Bangladeshi or international export law.

By listing a lot, you grant BestStockLot a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your photos and listing content for marketing and search.

5. Buying and Payments

Orders are processed through our payments partner (Stripe). Prices are shown in USD or BDT and may include minimum order quantities (MOQ). Buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs clearance in the destination country.

Shipping terms (FOB, EXW, CIF, etc.) are agreed between buyer and seller. BestStockLot does not ship goods directly.

6. Platform Fees

BestStockLot may charge a commission on completed transactions. Current fees are shown at checkout and on your seller dashboard.

7. Disputes

If goods materially differ from the listing, contact the seller via our Messages feature within 7 days of delivery. If unresolved, escalate to support@beststocklot.com — see our Refund Policy.

8. Liability

BestStockLot is a venue. We do not own, inspect, or warrant the goods listed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees we collected on the affected transaction.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or harm other users. You may close your account at any time by emailing support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Dhaka.
